Great news for readers all over Waukesha County--CAFE is now 15 libraries strong.
Today we're welcoming New Berlin Public Library into the Cafe Cooperating Libraries of Waukesha County. That means that books and other items owned by New Berlin will now show up in the CAFE catalog and Alice Baker Library patrons will be able to directly place holds on New Berlin items.
This is huge news--New Berlin has a great library. Until now, we had to go through a fairly cumbersome procedure to borrow items as Interlibrary Loans from New Berlin. Now it's simple and direct, and patrons can place holds themselves.
Alice Baker cards and CAFE cards can now be used at New Berlin Public Library.
